DEEP RELAXATION WITH LIVE MUSIC
What happens during a session?
It occurs in a space of silence and calm with the body lying comfortably and well sheltered, because the body temperature usually goes down. It is a physically passive practice, however one of its essential conditions is to stay awake with the attitude of witness and active awareness.
Gradually the disconnection of external stimuli perceived by the sensory organs is achieved, achieving the “inner silence”. During the whole time live music is perform using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tingshas or gongs.
Later, when the group is already deeply relaxed, we will work through spontaneous symbolic images or proposed visualizations, eliminating memories and “impressions of the subconscious” and using a positive phrase with a very objective purpose that intervenes in the unconscious according to our needs and intentions: Change habits, strengthen innate talents, eliminate addictions and phobias, stimulate learning, memorize, heal imbalances, etc.
It is an ideal tool for mental re-programming and for personal development.
Its effects are cumulative and can be perceived several days after the practice. In the long run there is a very profound and comprehensive personal transformation of its practitioners. It is a very pleasant, healing and useful experience.

When I leave these sessions my body is extremelly relaxed and the peace I have acquired lasts all week. I definetely have noticed a very positive change in my being.
At first I thought I would never relax, and surprisingly I even slept, and I suffer insomnia. A blast! I look forward to this gift every week.
