Aleah se me apareció en un sueño, significa alguien que vuelve a casa. Y sí, esa es mi misión  personal y colectiva. Rosa se unió a la palabra Aleah porque quería volver a mi ser, a mi corazón y eso es lo que en el fondo todos necesitamos, desde ahí se establece la paz y la claridad que nos ayudan profundamente en el día a día a ser auténticos.

La vida y sus retos nos ponen a prueba constantemente. Vivimos en un mundo hiper acelerado y exigente donde encontrar espacio para nosotros mismos se ha convertido en un lujo. No nos damos cuenta de que el estrés se ha convertido en parte de nuestra vida y de nuestro cuerpo.

Es esencial, si quieres tener calidad de vida, encontrar espacios donde puedas cuidarte, sentir, conectar y relajarte.
